I am an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor who is passionate about working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma related symptoms, and more. My Approach


In my therapeutic approach, I integrate various modalities to create a comprehensive and inclusive space for healing that is individualized for each clients’ needs. Grounded in Attachment Theory, I explore the impact of early relationships on current emotional patterns and interpersonal dynamics. Inner child work is a pivotal component, allowing us to delve into past experiences and foster self-compassion and understanding.

Somatic therapy is woven into the fabric of our sessions, acknowledging the mind-body connection and promoting awareness of physical sensations. Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) offers practical tools for emotional regulation and effective communication, while Emotion-Focused Therapy guides our exploration of emotions as a pathway to transformation.

Beyond therapeutic modalities, I personalize each session to the needs of each client, and what they are individually needing per session. Importantly, my practice is unequivocally queer-friendly, recognizing and affirming the diverse experiences of the LGBTQIA+ community
